Discovering Kerman, Ghashghaei , Bakhtiari and Kurdish Culture - 19 Days

Kerman Culture

Nomadic life is the oldest way of human life. Shahr-e Babak (Kerman Culture )  nomads are semi-nomadic who live in one of the summer and winter areas of the city with the beginning of spring until one month after summer. One of the remarkable points of the nomadic community of Shahr-e Babak (Kerman Culture )  city is that the nomadic migration takes place only in the city.

The special and unique ways of nomadic life in Shahr-e Babak (Kerman Culture ) , which are significantly different from other parts of the country, can be considered as the most spectacular and interesting ways of nomadic life.

One of the most significant differences of this kind of life is the tents of Shahr-e Babak (Kerman Culture ) , which is a special form of spring settlement of nomads in Shahr-e Babak (Kerman Culture ) . Shahr-e Babak (Kerman Culture )  tents, unlike black tents in other parts of the country, which are made of goat hair, are made of cotton. In ancient times, Shahr-e-Babak cotton fields were turned into yarns by Shahr-e-Babak women artists, and then, by hanging and weaving the threads together, white tents, which the locals call “plus”, were made. Now Shahr-e Babak (Kerman Culture )  can be considered as the only region in Iran where its nomads use white tents on a large scale.

Another very interesting and unique case of Shahr-e-Babak nomadic life that can be mentioned is the musket-making method of Shahr-e-Babak nomadic women. The method of musk-making of Iranian nomads is that by placing three pieces of wood in a triangle inside the ground and by tying the rope on both sides of the musk and connecting the ropes to the upper end of the wood so that the musk is at a distance from the ground. But the nomadic women of Shahr-e Babak (Kerman Culture )  throw musk on the ground, so that they put the musk on a cover called “Makhshif”, which is also called the under-musk, and with the special musk-making process of the product obtained, “Korea” in the local dialect of “Musk” “And” doogh “is obtained.

Mardkhaneh Shahr-e Babak (Kerman Culture )  nomadic winter settlement is a different form of nomadic settlements in Iran that is popular with tourists. Mardkhaneh, as its name suggests, is the winter residence of the nomadic men of Shahr-e Babak (Kerman Culture ) . In the winter, the men of the family leave the family and go to the nomadic areas separately to drain, provide fodder and keep livestock.

The mortuary is dug in a circular circumference, a pit to a depth of one meter, and wood is placed around it, and it is raised as a cone, and it is covered with wood and shrubs, and then a little soil and water. Mix together (dampen) and cover the roof with this mixture. The morgue has an entrance, the entrance of which is placed in front of the sunrise. There is a stove in the middle of the stove and the area around the stove is carpeted, and a hole has been installed on the top of the stove, which is the roof of the stove, to direct the smoke out.

Other tourist attractions in the life of Shahr-e Babak (Kerman Culture )  nomads are the production of Kernon bread, Nan Tabeh and Spar, which are local and special products of Shahr-e Babak (Kerman Culture )  and have many attractions for tourists, so that after hundreds of years, the method and production of these products is specific to this region. . The interesting customs and ways of nomadic life of Shahr-e Babak (Kerman Culture )  are excellent and specific to Kerman.

In these pages we can get acquainted with the culture of Bakhtiari and Qashqai tribes.

In this trip, we intend to join the Qashqai, Kermani and Bakhtiari tribes and the Kurdish people. Get to know the people of these tribes. Travel with them to experience their beautiful life.
