Hormozgan province is the name of one of the southern provinces of Iran. It is located in the north of the Strait of Hormoz and is the center of tourism and economy of Iran. And the Oman Sea is surrounded by a strip approximately 900 km long.
Hormozgan province has long been the place of the first ancient cultural communities and cradles and the center of the village, and the first cultures with culture have been established on its shores. On the shores and islands of Hormozgan, Lors, Persians, Baluchis, Arabs and Africans and mixed tribes live together, sometimes as a result of population alliances, creating new urban identities such as Bandari and Minabi.
The language of the people of Hormozgan is generally different dialects of Bandari dialect (from the heirs of Middle and Ancient Persian), which is a sub-branch of the Persian language and has very close links with the dialect of the people of Kahnooj, Manojan and Faryab cities in the south of Kerman province. Jask is a Balochi language. In the western regions and islands of the Persian Gulf, Arabic is the common language.
